How would you describe your coaching philosophy and approach to player development?
Soccer is the ultimate team sport. You quickly realize you can't do it all on your own. To get anywhere, you have to really trust the players around you, have their backs when they make a mistake, and constantly talk to each other to make things happen.

What do you believe is the most important thing young players should learn from the game?

I believe the most important thing young players should learn from the game is how to overcome challenges and take every setback as a learning opportunity rather than a reason to doubt themselves.

What excites you most about coaching in FC Ellicott City?

I am excited for the opportunity to make a real impact on a players life.

What do you hope players take away from their experience playing for your team?

My goal is to help kids love the game and giving them the environment to reach their full potential.
