As Managing Club Director of FC Ellicott City, Rob leads with a player‑first philosophy that blends competitive excellence, personal growth, and community values. A standout high school player at Oakland Mills High School, Rob’s success continued at the collegiate level and professional level where he excelled while experiencing the pathway required for players to succeed in all levels of youth soccer. Following his playing career, Rob transitioned into coaching, where he made a significant impact at the high school, college and professional levels. As a high school and college

coach, he has guided and mentored countless student‑athletes through the recruitment process, helping players and families navigate college selection, academic fit, and long‑term success. His experience placing players into collegiate programs has become a defining strength of his leadership.
