How would you describe your coaching philosophy and approach to player development?

I come from the total football philosophy. I believe that though hard work, mental and physical strength, and a positive attitude towards the sport will create a successful playing experience.

What do you believe is the most important thing young players should learn from the game?

Playing football is very simple, but playing simple football is the hardest thing there is.

What excites you most about coaching in FC Ellicott City?

Seeing the players development and have the ability to play at a elite level.

What do you hope players take away from their experience playing for your team?

It is my goal to help all of my players develop the skill sets to play the beautiful game and to become confident leaders in life on and off the pitch.
