How would you describe your coaching philosophy and approach to player development?

My coaching philosophy centers on holistic player development, balancing technical skill and tactical knowledge with character formation. I am committed to building confidence, empowering players to express their creativity and personality freely on the field.

What do you believe is the most important thing young players should learn from the game?

I think the most important thing young players should learn from the game is that they will certainly succeed over time when they bring their best effort to each training session and game.

What excites you most about coaching in FC Ellicott City?

I'm most excited about coaching with colleagues that share the same desire to see players succeed in the game.

What do you hope players take away from their experience playing for your team?

My goal is for the players to learn more about themselves, the game, and what it takes to be successful as a team.
