How would you describe your coaching philosophy and approach to player development?

To create attacking, creative players who can think on their feet and make solid independent decisions.

What do you believe is the most important thing young players should learn from the game?

Players should learn how to work together as a team which includes building communication and listening skills. Theee are skills that make them more coachable both on and off the field.

What excites you most about coaching in FC Ellicott City?

Connecting with the players, and I am glad I can give back to the soccer community. Keeps you young!

What do you hope players take away from their experience playing for your team?

To see each player meet their potential by focusing on the fundamentals and growing.
