We are proud to announce that Scott Graham will be the Girls Director of Coaching for FC Ellicott City.

Scott currently coaches both the 2011 and 2012 Girls Elite Teams and has a wealth of experience, leadership, and passion for the game that aligns perfectly with our club's mission of developing players both on and off the field. His background in coaching, player development, and building strong team environments will play a key role in shaping the future of our girls program.

As Girls Director of Coaching, Scott will:

Lead the overall development of our girl's program across all age groups
Support and mentor our coaching staff
Help design and implement our club-wide training philosophy
Guide player pathways to ensure long-term development and success

Scott's energy, professionalism, and commitment to excellence and the club makes him a tremendous addition to our club at the leadership level. His guidance will help elevate our girls' program and continue to move FC Ellicott City forward as an Elite soccer club in Howard County.
