FC Ellicott City is excited to announce the appointment of Ben Ossei as our Boys Director of Coaching.

Ben brings over 25 years of youth soccer experience and currently holds the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and NSCAA National Diploma and was selected to the 2009 York College Athletics “Hall of Fame” for his play during his 4 years on the men’s soccer team.  

Ben will oversee the continued development of our boys travel program, working with our clubs managing director and coaching staff to create consistency across teams and age groups while supporting the club’s overall player development philosophy.

Coach Ben’s responsibilities will include mentoring and supporting coaches, helping implement the club’s technical and tactical methodology, evaluating player and team development, and ensuring that our boys program provides a positive, competitive, and development-focused environment.

As FC Ellicott City continues to grow, establishing strong soccer leadership throughout the club includes connection between our younger age groups, competitive travel teams, and the opportunities available to players as they progress through the club.

We are excited to have Ben take on this important leadership position and look forward to the impact he will have on our players, coaches, and boys program.
