What do you believe is the most important thing young players should learn from the game?

The most important aspect players should develop is technical excellence with players being encouraged, comfortable, creative and composed in possesion with attacking minded purpose.

What excites you most about coaching in FC Ellicott City?

What I look forward to is being apart of a club that looks to teach the game in the right way and to provide players a chance to grow, compete and move forward on and off the field.
