How would you describe your coaching philosophy and approach to player development?

At the younger ages I am looking to develop the love of the game. Keep the kids engaged with so many other sports and activities pulling kids away we really want to work on retaining them so we can continue to grow their skills. Positive reinforcement coupled with responsibility as well as a focus on teamwork.

What do you believe is the most important thing young players should learn from the game?

Teamwork. This is a fantastic life skill that will serve the players well born on and off the field.

What excites you most about coaching in FC Ellicott City?

Excited about developing the next set of players, hoping to continue to grow and develop with the players.

What do you hope players take away from their experience playing for your team?

My main goal at this age is to make it fun for all players involved. I really hope everyone enjoys coming to practice, enjoys the games and we will grow together to find ways to win and be successful on the field.
