How would you describe your coaching philosophy and approach to player development?

I believe the best environment for youth player development is one where improvement and enjoyment go hand in hand.

What do you believe is the most important thing young players should learn from the game?

I believe the most important thing young players should learn from the game is how to overcome challenges and take every setback as a learning opportunity rather than a reason to doubt themselves.

What excites you most about coaching in FC Ellicott City?

My favorite part of coaching at FC Ellicott City is that all the coaches and staff are always interacting and working together to serve the same goal, which is to provide the best experience for the kids.

What do you hope players take away from their experience playing for your team?

My goal is to help every child that comes through my team become a better version of themself, not only as a soccer player, but as a person, and to learn things that will stay with them forever.
