Has coached multiple youth travel teams both boys and girls in Howard County for over 10 years, developing players of all ages.

How would you describe your coaching philosophy and approach to player development?

As a coach, I strive to be an advocate for my players. I focus on building strong fundamentals, nurturing mental strength and confidence, and creating a space where kids feel safe, supported, and most importantly, have fun. Even when I was a player, I always felt like a coach at heart, and that calling has only grown stronger over time.
